About
Aesthemeria is an ongoing artistic body of work, founded and directed by Ivan Shimanchik, dedicated to creating a contemporary mythology of feminine presence. Its medium is emotionally charged, cinematic portrait photography. Its purpose is cultural, not transactional.
This project is grounded in the principle of ethical artistic collaboration. It offers contributors a space of zero judgment, creative integrity, and personal sovereignty. Each image is created and published through mutual consent. The result is not documentation, but an emotional artifact. Each portrait is a testament to presence, self-recognition, and emotional truth.
The artistic core of Aesthemeria comprises long-form, legacy works, including invitation-only sessions that explore themes of identity, embodiment, and emotional intimacy through artistic nude portraiture. The resulting work is intended for gallery presentation, limited-edition fine art publications, and selective collaborations with brands (without compromising artistic integrity).
All participants are age-verified (18+) and provide valid government-issued identification before collaboration. Behind every frame is respect: for the woman, for her story, for the truth she allows to be seen. Every image is created in accordance with applicable laws and the ethical standards of artistic conduct.
